Bob has lived in Westchester for more than 50 years with family connections to Rye, Harrison, Croton-on-Hudson, Rye Brook, Larchmont, Scarsdale and New Rochelle. With his intimate knowledge of the county and his extensive real estate and legal background, Bob is uniquely qualified to guide buyers and sellers through every stage of the real estate transaction, from finding a buyer or a perfect location through the closing.
An attorney and a founder of the New York City law firm of Salon, Marrow, Dyckman, Newman & Broudy, LLP, and now Of Counsel to the firm.
- Has handled residential and commercial real estate transactions as an investor and attorney for more than forty years.
- Has owned and managed residential and commercial real estate in Manhattan, New Rochelle, Yonkers and Ellsworth, Maine.
- Is intimately familiar with every stage of the process of financing, buying, selling and leasing homes and buildings.
- Understands both simple and complex financing and real estate transactions such as 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges.

- Resident of the Greenhaven neighborhood in Rye since 1976.
- Past President and member of the Board of Directors of the Greenhaven Rye Association.
- Past member of the City of Rye Landmarks Advisory Committee.
- Candidate for the Rye City Council.
- Trustee of The Alex Marrow Children's Fund which provides hospitalized children with computers, video games and musical instruments.
- Formerly Commodore of the Greenhaven Yacht Club.
Personal Information:
- Married to Ellen Barr and step-father to her daughters, Karen and Dara.
- Sails a 23' Alberg Sea Sprite sloop.
- Rows an Alden Ocean Shell and Kayaks in the Long Island Sound.
- Formerly a competitive squash racquets player with local and national rankings in masters (age group) categories.
- Served in the United States Army from 1966 to 1968.
