Position: Full-time Sales Associate –
MUST live in Westchester County

Qualifications:

• Entrepreneurial attitude and sales hunter mentality.
• Charismatic, professional demeanor.
• Real Estate sales aptitude (as measured by our Real Estate Simulator –see below)
• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree
• Foreign Language Skills a plus

Responsibilities:

• Meet, greet and capture new clients from customer calls and walk-ins during scheduled floor time and other prospecting activities
• Identify client’s ‘dream home’, financial ability and sense of urgency
• Use the Market Leader sales system to follow-up, manage expectations and build rapport with clients
• Develop your local knowledge by studying listings, visiting properties, participating in educational opportunities, and maintaining personal networks
• List properties and develop marketing strategies
• Show properties, negotiate offers and coordinate contract signings
• Guide clients through the closing process

Compensation: Commission based

Target Earnings:

• Without previous sales experience:
  Years 1/2/3 - $40K/ $80K/ $120K
• With previous sales experience:
  Years 1/2/3 - $60K/ $120K/ $175K+

Top Earnings: 3 local Realtors earned commissions exceeding $300,000 in 2008.
