Paul was always immediately available. He responded instantly to email messages. During the negotiations for the sale, he even was working on Easter Sunday, calling me with updates. I don’t think he ever ignored his phone or Blackberry, given how quickly he was back in touch if I contacted him.

We also appreciated Paul’s tolerating our many questions and concerns, about matters often very mundane. He never acted as if what we asked or worried about was anything other than important. Paul was out go-to-person for all sorts of things, including getting someone to help us with a final cleaning out of the house, even taking this man over to see what needed to be doneand making sure he would do it.

Paul also kept track of loose ends. He would ask me about things that I have mentioned to be sure that I had had a satisfactory answer and that nothing more needed to be done.

I am sure you are aware of how stressful a process selling a house can be, especially since one of us doesn’t live in the area. Paul made it as easy as possible, with both his professional approach and his support and friendly manner. Frankly, I chose your agency without knowing anything about you, after doing an on-line search for properties in the area to see which realtors handled building lots, assuming that is the house would be marketed. I can’t believe our good luck!
