Kenia Bustamante – Kenia had the opportunity to experience an international career as a business and investment consultant in Europe, Asia and North America, including Mexico and Canada. She built an extensive network throughout her professional career. She relocated with her family many times before settling back in the USA and dedicating herself to real estate. Because of her personal service, professionalism and reputation, Kenia has helped buy and sell homes for high level executives, professional athletes, diplomats and relocating families, moving from Westchester or out of state and outside the country.

Kirsten Kollerie – Kirsten understands the process of international relocations as she has lived it many times with her family. She knows how to bridge expectations between where you are coming from and how to find the best solution for your family in Westchester. Kirsten can help you set up your life in the area to ease settling in. Kirsten is a real estate passionate, originally from the Netherlands, as an international citizen, she has lived in four countries and moved 18 times. Her work has touched all corners of the world from Scandinavia to India & China, and from the U.S. to Russia. On top she loves to renovate houses, seeing the potential in any 4 walls and roof she comes across.

Sonya Huy – Sonya was born, raised and educated in New York and New Jersey. After becoming a licensed attorney in both states, she worked in Hong Kong, and spent over 13 years living in Asia and Europe with her husband and two sons. Based in Westchester since 2010, she transitioned into real estate to service individuals and families relocating into Westchester and Fairfield, having extensive experience with renting and buying homes, managing overseas moves and quickly settling into new communities. Sonya is also an expert in decluttering and home organization.

Susan Suarez – Susan is a bilingual former private banker with a background of servicing international clients. A graduate of the Scarsdale public school system, she combines an international perspective and understanding of different cultures with local expertise. Susan’s prior career in banking took her on overseas assignments to London and the Bahamas where she primarily served European and Latin American clients. As a longtime Westchester resident and as a former expat, Susan has the skills and experience to help her clients make the right decisions about their new home.
