Michael is a Larchmont native who graduated from Mamaroneck High School and SUNY Plattsburgh with a degree in business. His family business, the iconic waterfront Dudley’s restaurant and marina on New Rochelle’s harbor introduced him to customer service from an early age.
Michael joined STETSON in April of 2020, based on being long time family friends of the Stetsons and his strength of character, integrity, and polite customer charm. A lifetime of boating also brought familiarity with the Long Island Sound’s best residential addresses. Plus, his business education drives his fresh take on negotiation strategies and sales procedures. Steeped in real estate, Michael became a licensed real estate assistant in August 2021.
STETSON clients benefit from Michael’s positive, productive attitude and knowing how to get things done in the most efficient and timely manner which he developed and continues to enhance under Mary Stetson’s wing where he is gaining crucial knowledge/experience in Westchester real estate. His duties include accompanying showings, managing seller and buyer documents, transaction management, and connecting clients with mortgage professionals and other service providers.
